For individuals whose carer(s) is/are temporarily unable to perform caring role.
Individual can choose Monthly or 5-days Package，charges include: Resident doctor’s round (once per week), Nursing care, Meals and Recreational activities, and we provide a comfortable and peaceful environment for elderly to stay.
We offer single & 3-bedded rooms, and couple room on special request.
Please complete the Doctor's Referral Form and return to us by fax (3921 3722) or email (jccrc@hkacs.org.hk). Upon receipt of the form, we will contact the applicant and arrange a visit.
